Events Resident Evil: Revelations takes place between Resident Evil 4 ( adventures in Spain) and Resident Evil 5 ( African safari and war with monsters - Mangini ) , and claimed as part of the canonical storyline throughout the series RE. Operatives known independent agency AOOB , Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine , back in business , but this time they act separately - each of them has a new partner .
